Ah okay I gotcha then, I totally misunderstood and didn’t understand. So my comment it’s totally incorrect although good hygiene is still good hygiene and your partner will appreciate it haha thanks for clarifying Niscro
I'm a circumcised man and I haven't understood the strong feelings. I never knew people cared until someone said people cared.I t always struck me as a cultural practice that didn't really change much. I remember the first time I learned about it I laid in bed looking at my penis wondering "where would 'the skin' have actually been." I'm not a parent myself, but I bet most dads who choose circumcision for their sons do so because they've been happy with their own circumcised penises. My future sons will probably be circumcised.
It seems archaic. Why rob a child of that choice. I mean you’d have to play with an uncircumcised dick see the difference. I’ve never met a circumcised guy that was as sensitive as I. I can almost always cum within a min at any given time.
On one hand routine circumcision gives the opportinity to resolve future foreskin problems at a point in development where the child won't be bothered much by it (I mean, if you do it as adult, you'll have to refrain from having sex for at least six weeks...) Also there is the great advantage that the foreskin, then, is almost (?) never in such a bad way that it needs to be removed completely. It means the typical "American" circumcision can be performed, the "high" type, where most/all of the inside blade of the foreskin is retained. The scar is less visible compared to when it's done later in life and it seems (rumours...) that the glans will grow relatively larger, as it's less restricted. On the other hand, really severe foreskin issues (including penis cancer which is always referred to) that cannot be solved otherwise, appear to be actually really rare, so it's really shooting with a bazooka on a mosquito. I agree in the end it won't matter much for most people, but for a small percentage it WILL certainly make a relevant difference. Botched procedure and loss of sensitivity, up to a point where men have difficulty having an orgasm have been reported. I think it would be best if we were able to predict if a foreskin would become such a mess in later life that it would have to be removed, so then we could do it immediately after birth (with above described advantages). But that's really impossible as te foreskin is fused to the glans for the first few years, sometimes even to an age of ten years. Also a dramatically long foreskin, which may hinder proper sex, cannot be predicted, as almost all young boys have it and in most it will become, relative, shorter during puberty. You'll find the percentage of adults that choose routine circumcision in the USA has dropped dramatically in the last decade. Apparently the argument "it is part of culture" and "the boy should look like his father" are no longer a valid argument to go for the procedure (which I very much support).
