Holy frig, 2 weeks ago my daughter came home with the chicken pox,and luckily it really wasnt too bad for her, but now (as expected)yesterday my son started his turn. With her they showed up gradually over 3 days , with him- OY! about 200 over night, needless to say very sleep deprived here today. I still have never had the pox either. I guess i'm just venting here, but hoping maybe some of you parents have some tips other than chalomine lotion and oatmeal baths? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks

if you have never had them you can get shingles which are really bad to have. Good luck.

some people develop an immunity to chickenpox without ever actually developing any actual blisters.

i'm hoping that's what happened with my son. he was exposed recently, and got a little bit sick, but never broke out.

you can have titres checked, but that's not always accurate.
