I just had to catch it. it sucks cuz i just got over gastrofever. (for those who dont know what it is its pretty much uncontrolable puking and diahrea) i havent smoked a cig or a joint in almost 2 weeks now, havent had the urge considering how sick i was and am at the moment. i DEFINETLY cant smoke now since the left side of my lungs isnt getting any air and theres liquid on it. i think this will be a good chance to quit cigarettes though cuz by the time im fully healed it will have been like a month without smoke. but i still got that piece of weed downstairs just waiting for me to get better. hey at least il get high as fuck when i get around to it. anyway being constantly sick sucks, had mono in november which lasted up until a month ago then gastro now pnemonia. ahhh if i look on the bright side all im missing is the cold weather. il be good.......
wow dude your immune system is out of wack or something. but yeah quit cigs while you can!! ive been trying to quit for soooo long but cant. sorry to hear that your sick, i had mono and was out of school for 3 months in 8th grade, it was kinda cool tho cuz one of our friends had gotten it and didnt know and then we all shared the same liqour bottle and we all caught it and jsut chilled everyday being stupid and coughing and shit lol
I finished smoking the last of my quad on monday and since then I haven't smoked and just last night I got this weird ass pain in my chest (kind of felt like I was having a heart attack) and I was coughing up phlegm like up and out of my mouth. I went to my uncle who happens to be a doctor and he told me I have a Viral infection of sorts and that it'll last for 3-5 weeks. So stoked...
Jeez man, You do need to stop smoking cigs if your immune system is that bad. I havent been sick in a long time, well I was at winter but it was just a cold and well I guess I was puking but that was also all of the opiates and poppy tea I was doing. One night I did a bunch of morphine and alot of poppy tea and was puking uncontrolable for 2 days like ever 10 min. and even more sometimes and maybe stoped for a hour but then it came back. IT SUCKED.
ya ive heard about opiates doing that, im on codeine pills and biaxin 500mg now. i took em for the first time last night and felt so stoned, not a weed high but an opiate relaxed high, knocked me right the fuck out, i have to take em for 10 days. the thing is ive always been fearful of pills, i dont like putting any pill in my system but in this case i dont really have a choice cuz at least it takes the pain away and when i get better and my lungs are in ok condition i could smoke weed again, its terrible how sensitive to smoke ive become through this sickness. my mom cant even be smoking a cigarette in the same room im in or i cant breathe.
I'm sick right now with the flu and it's givin' me bronchitis in the left lung. My bf is sick too but he doesn't have bronchitis, he doesn't smoke anything. I haven't smoked in over a week cos it just irratates my throat, etc. Last winter i was sick 4 times and my respiratory system was very irratated each time. I think I'm showing the signs of chronic bronchitis, or at least the early stages and this as a result of smoking weed on a daily basis. When I get better i'm definitely cutting back on the smoking, like keeping it down to every 2 weeks. I have a bag now that I think I'll just cook with some chocolate and consume weed that way. But I really have to quit smoking it, it's ruining my respiratory system.
i stoped smoking weed and cigs for a good 2 weeks cuz of how sick i was, my left lung is still healing cuz im on all sorts of antibiotics but ya i started smoking both again. your all gonna say im a moron but i figure if the pills are helping and im eating VERY healthy it should be ok
i got really sick with pneumonia a few years ago. that's what happen when you live in a car!! I couldn't smoke or do anything for weeks. Hope you feel better and take better care of your body
last year i caugt pnemonia and influenza at the same time (damn cigerrettes) but i still got high and smoked at least one cig a day, which made it hell to get over.
