Do you remember wut you're first trip was like? Were you listening to any music while you were trying the acid? Or did music just come out of nowhere as you were taking it?


On my first trip, I was listening to an mp3 cd my friend had made that day....the song which was playing wen I started taking the first hit was Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb.....wen it started taking effect I was listening to Yellow Submarine by The Beatles

I think it was a compilation of multiple bands.... the Cruxshadows, Machines of Loving Grace, SkinLab, Dry Kill Logic, the Deadlights...

 

could you play a song on repeat for a trip to sort of then give you a flashback whenever you heard that song play?

depends on your brain chemistry...flashbacks arent a guaranteed thing to have anyway, so i would think that there would be less of a solid chance of developing a pavlovian "flashback" response...

but anything is possible

 

The first time I tripped was on some fairly potent mushrooms, and I listened to the Wall.

 

To add, when I trip now, I listen to Jimi Hendrix (Experience as well as Band of Gypsys), and Soulive. I think those are my favorites to trip to, but don't get me wrong, all classic rock is great while tripping... back when "pop" music was like steve miller and hendrix and such. Also, anything with a hammond b3 will rock your socks, tripping or not.

when i was peaking my first time tripping acid, my boyfriend and his friend rob were jamming in guitar and base. most of what they were playing was free music. but they went into "Lawnboy" by Phish.

 

Well I was at my house with a couple of friends and they gave me an itty bitty piece of a gelcap...WHOA! They had to leave so I was all alone. My mom came home and when I saw the headlights I dove to the ground thinking it was a bomb or something. She needed to talk to me about some books or something and I wouldn't look at her...I was so paranoid! I took a shower and was staring at my towel and I saw a evil lookin tree with eyes that all of a sudden turned into the Lucky Charms guy with his marshmallows. I went to my room and had a pic of Jerry on my wall laying on a couch with a smoke and his guitar and I swear he started talking to me! Then I saw rainbow skeletons coming up from my floor...I was freakin out! I tried to go to sleep but couldn't so I was on the phone with my boyfriend and he kept fucking with me about clowns being in my room, and I HATE clowns. My mom heard me and came in and when I saw her, she looked like a giant scab thing! That was my first expierience with acid and it was AWESOME!!!

I never really had visuals like that ever again =(

wow i would have been freaking out if i had to talk to my parents... ive never done acid before and i imagine my first time being like outside in summertime... hmmm

 

well ive never done acid (but i wanna) but the first time i did shrooms i was listening to the grateful dead and stairway to heaven... good times i tell ya
