    hey guys,
I went on a grain-free, sugar-free,dairy free diet for 2 weeks a few weeks ago (to help dry up my sinuses) and since then I've had lots of sugar cravings and stuff. I haven't been too bad about it but I might like to attempt to change my tastes and cravings away from junk food... I've been having a hard time too because sometimes it seems like I have time for everything but cooking... I know its not true but thats how it seems...

I might go on a fast in early march. The special diet I went on weeks ago worked very well it was just very stressful and I felt like I had to eat sooo much food just to be satisfied

I know exactly how you feel. It's so much easier to microwave a can of Chef Boyardee, than to thaw out chicken, season it, cook it, and then have to clean pots and pans. That's like 30 min..
Sugars and fats are not all bad though, atleast in moderation. I usually enjoy a nice fruit salad for breakfast or lunch, keeps my energy up and easy to make. I'm also a big fan of homemade shakes. (Tho I really don't know how nutrional they are). Hopefully someone can give you better advice.
You can always look up easy-to-make recipes online.
