ooooh i finally got my webcam working here, and i can't upload pics on here because they only save in .tif files it won't let me edit and save them in .jpg on this computer .... what can i do?
whoa... never seen a .tif file saving to .jpg in paint has always worked for me but I don't know if it opens .tifs as I've never tried... anyways, I'm done recording... for now... the top E broke on my cousin's squier strat... so... I'm done with that for a few...
ooooh mister lodui(i like it better than your real name ahha..) if this works.. i'll love you even more... if it doesn't....i'll still love you ever more.
should work... I knew there has to be software for it as there's software for everything... unfortunately, I need a free .wav to .mp3 converter that actually works well...
Download.com recommends this. Says its a little tricky to work, but it does a good job. http://www.download.com/Ace-MP3-To-WAV-Converter/3000-2140_4-10249397.html?tag=lst-0-6#cnetReview
Open the program up, click open, select the .tif file from where ever it is, then click save as, down toward the bottom there'll be a pull down menu that says save as type, open the menu and select .jpeg
Heh, alright, 1. Save the files from your cam on your computer somewhere in .tif 2. open up that quick screen program 3. In the quick screen program, go to the file pull down menu at the top 4. select open 5. it'll have an open menu, go to wherever the pics are, and double click on it (you should see the pic on the screen in the quick screen program) 6. go to the file pull down menu again and select save as 7. when the save as dialog box comes up, look toward the botttom of it where a little pull down menu says save as type 8. select jpeg, and then save it wherever you want.
30 second limit on the mp3 files after convert them from wav... because I've always had to do it in thirty second pieces and then make it a single mp3... which can be a pain in the ass... but the 30 second limit is on free trial things where you have to buy the license... (is it like that?)
