Apart from the sensationalist headline, this is a confusing situation for many.

I plan to keep being safe, as the proven benefits of masking up in crowds is quite clear. Not only for COVID, Flu, Common Colds, but it offers one that chance of anonymity in crowds, especially if one is famous for being famous.

I only wear in shops and places I do work in. I don't wear one outside. I naturally avoid large crowds so that's not an issue.

Which goes to show that no matter what the cause or regulation.....no matter how earth-shaking or not it may be.....someone is gonna have a flaming fit over it, wasting their time and yours fighting battles that don't amount to much.

In this particular case, I get the feeling that the good folks that want us to keep wearing masks are existing in a state of advanced apoplexy over the CDC's new edict. Imo, I say these people can keep their masks on while others don't. Simple as that. If you're one of those folks that are more concerned with what other people do than what you do (a shout out to the anti-abortionists!), try to cool it and avoid accosting patrons of establishments that are, after all, adhering to the new policies.

Besides, existing in a constant state of outrage is bad for the blood pressure.

    Thanks for clarifying that Calamity!

I have to agree, especially the part about cooling it in regards to what other people do.
