pot legal canada

i woke up this morning to see the front cover of my newspaper of a guy puffin on a jay and it said " pot of gold" so i looked in and suposedly there are trying to pass it or something to make pot legal in canada but tax it i was just wondering if anyone else herd about this. im not sure about the hole thing but i was wondering if anyone did

pot is not leagle here its just not crimnal to have. like aslong and u have 15grams or less is a 100 doller fine. kind alike a speeding tickit usally if u have less then 4 grams all the police do is take it away . but yea im in canada and am watching the news right now and theres nothing on pot on it...so i dont think anythings going on

 

is that 15g thing only in alberta? or is it all of canada ?

 

buddy...it's basically legal in BC anyways, u can smoke out front of the police station and nothin will happen. consider it a more modern amsterdam

Yea i have had the cops take pot off me once.. its cuz they came to my aparment cuz of a noise complant and when we opend the door they smelt it...we had like 2 grams left. and all they took was the pot. no tickit or nothing didnt take the pipe. just the pot and told us to keep it down and have a good night. so.. notso bad

 

Thats pretty fuckin' cool, I live in Seattle, so it ain't that bad. It's just unpredictable, I mean, I've been at "Hemp Fest" and smoked a doob right in front of a piggy, didn't do a damn thing. On the other hand, the farther you get away from Seattle, the more country bumpkin the cops get. You know the type, pulls you over, shines a big ass flashlight in your face and asks why your squinting so much.......bitchs.....

one night me and my buddies were chillin with a 30 case, and i had a fresh ounce of bud i picked up that night.

Anyways were kinda chillin in the bush out of the view of the main road, probably like 10-12 of us, when we see a cop rollin up, Quickly we throw every bottle and the bag of weed in the bush, Stupid Ripped/drunk me still had 2 fat joints in my ears.

anyways the cop pulls up and i realized this so i swept them down the back of my shirt. The cop pulls up and says

"so...who's driving tonight"?

i was, and i looked at the other guy who ahd ONLY been smokign weed, not drinking like i had been, but i knew he was trippin for some reason, so i said i was.

"ok, u have had anythign to drink tonight?

nope

"smoke anything tonight?"

nope

he then walks right up to me and tells me to look up, he then shines a flash light directly in my eyes

confused i say "ahhh...am i supposed to follow the light?"

cop: "some people like to"

everyones laughing now, then he goes around the circle and takes a look at my buddy who just got home from Bishops university in Quebec, he sees his jacket which identifys he's on the University's rugby team.

"Bishops eh? back for christmas break?

my buddy agrees

"yeap, i knew some ppl that went there, hell of a school"

he then spots a joint on the ground and steps on it

cop: "Now i know theres more where that came from...but since we got a buddy from bishops here, it's ok "

were all chatting with this awsome cop then, and he gets a ring to another call, tells us to have a good night then gets in his car

then does a FAT BURNOUT !!! lol right in the gravel a huge burnout and honks on his way out.

Alot of cops in BC can be assholes, but there are some awsome ones like him.

 

supposedly there is proposed some rather enlightened legislation to decriminalize up to 3 plants possesion for the sake of reducing drug trade, one of the most enlightened compromises Ive seen of the War on Drugs in all my few years.

the only problem with the 3 plants per person thing is that a dealer could simply find a way to make use of other people's plant allowance

alberta already has a 3 plant thing. its part of the section 56. u can grow 3 plants for medical personal use but u need 3 doctors to sign off on it. which is the tricky part
