I have the Aneros Helix. Very comfortable. In time it was successful. I'd like to move up to the vice.

My advice, save your money by avoiding the expensive battery powered massagers and buy a simple double-headed G/P spot wand to begin with.
Prostate massage to orgasm takes a lot of patience and trial and error. It can take weeks of practice to achieve a prostate orgasm.
If you're ready, do the following:

    • Clean yourself out (I don't think I have to explain this one)
    • Put aside 1-3 hours, this is long haul stuff
    • Go slow and steady in a position you're most comfortable in ( I prefer on my back with my legs up, feet pressed against the wall)
    • Having an erection makes the prostate easier to find, but flaccid will still produce great results
    • Stroke your cock intermittently
    • Vary the pressure and speed against your prostate (but don't beat it like a rented mule)
    • Getting prostate fluid to flow is fairly easy, but the p-spot orgasm is elusive. (if its the flow you want, wait 3-4 days between sessions)
    • Rinse and repeat...

I own an Aneros. It feels good but I had trouble finishing. I had a therapist give me a prostate massage and it was absolutely fantastic. I learned a little from her that made the Aneros easier to use but still not the same.
