Gastronomical faux pas

Kangaroo and Ostriches can run pretty fast, just think of a giant drumstick travelling at over 60 miles per hour !!!

 

In Australia lamb liver is euphemised as lambs fry. I had the misfortune to have to cook the horrible stuff in pub I once worked in. I could not take it off the menu as it was selling well.

I think that raw tofu is pretty wrong. It's not nearly as interesting as fried or some other preparation even... Cooked tofu is cooler.

I agree with you on the tofu, another food I'd put in the mooshy category. But I do like tempeh.
