I'm using a non-descriptive word to communicate that I cannot identify it. Its a cute little picture, so I pick a cute little word.

Actually now I think he's write that its a nib. I third that its a nib. It looks magical though, like a fancy magic thing.

We don't have them in the US - "The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act prohibits Kinder Eggs, as they don't allow confectionary products to contain a “non-nutritive object”. It bans "the sale of any candy that has embedded in it a toy or trinket", so obviously the tiny toy encased in a Kinder Egg doesn't pass."
