Pot laws in Canada. What's the Reality?

okay, i tried looking at www.pottv.com, www.emeryseeds.com and www.canibisculture.com but they're huge assed mega sites and i cant find anything. anyone have a direct link?

http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/c-38.8/text.html thats a link to the actual laws. its all kinda confusing. basicly what i get from it is every provices sets there own limit for now. like alberta is 15 grams and gives it a fine. and anything over what was put in place is punishable dose that sound right tp anyone? or am i way to stoned to be readin this right now
