Wow. I can't believe he's gone. He was one of my favorite surreal artists. I just think his stuff was amazing. It even came close to being better than Salva Dor Dalis stuff. What pisses me off the most is the fact that he was stabbed to death after his wife died and his son commited suicide. Wow. Rest In Peace.
Sorry to hear that! Though I don't know who he is, I think the first piece is just incredible, I really see a lot of meaning in it. Beautiful stuff.
Can I assume that you're a Tool Fan, StarFucker (it's just the avatar picture looks helluva Tool-esque)? It's just that Adam Jones is a huge fan of Beksinski's work. In fact it was the Tool website where I found out about his unfortunate demise. Thank God Chet Zar's still alive, though.
He was born only 100km from my city. Son of a Zdzis³aw's Friend killed him propably for money. Killer is 19. Propably he was killing Beksinski with a 16 years old cousin. That's what newspapers tell. I loved paintings of Beksinski, they were great.
Yeah, his art looks really fine. The comparison with Salvador Dali is close concerning the third one. What a pitty that he left already. Starfuckers Sig-Picture is Giger, am I right?

I've never heard of him until now but damn his work is impressive. Some of it is outright scary too... Dont know if I'ld say allready, Green, he was 76, so a pretty good life. Wonder what else he could have accomplished though...
