I usually avoid the news but I did recently find an online source that just gives unbiased facts instead of telling you how to think about it so I will go with online.

Depends on allergy lol. If it's the type where you stop breathing and die I would take the safe option. But if it was just some mouth/throat inflammation then it cleared up I would eat what I was allergic too.
