Overcoming the change in hormone production after orgasm which kept me from trying to consume my semen took a little effort. A number of times, but as I age, it gets increasingly difficult to manage it.
Hanging upside down to the point you are resting primarily on your upper back/shoulders - is not exactly comfortable.

Part of it is an age thing.
As us dudes get older our interests broaden. What we once had zero interest in, we now do.
I don't know if it is a biological occurrence, drop in testosterone etc., or due to wives limiting sex or even eliminating sex leaving us to find other means of satisfaction.
