You know you've messed up when Kim Jong-un says you've crossed the line.

I have noticed Joe Biden has arranged a meeting with other Nato members next week .

I am guessing on the agenda will further ways to support Ukraine militarily . Unless things change Russia will achieve their goals in time .

I think the aircraft will be discussed again and just maybe more defensive type may be looked at .

The Su 25 FrogFoot comes to mind . Bulgaria have around 23 of these Soviet built aircraft and could be persuaded with being a Nato member to give them up for Ukraine to use. They will be a type familiar to Ukrainian pilots as they did have a handful of these before hostilities broke out .

These would be ideal as they are a ground attack aircraft and can be used to attack Russian artillery batteries to prevent more civilian loss to due to indescriminate shelling .

For me these would be a more useful aircraft at the moment than the Mig29s talked about.

A faster version of our A-10 Warthogs. The military wanted to call them Thunderbolt 2 after the WWII ground-support plane. But the folks who fly 'em and fix 'em refer to them as Warthogs, cause they're kinda ugly but have sharp tusks.

BTW, Zelensky will video-address the US Congress in half an hour, 8:00 am CDT, 9:00 EDT. 1:00p Brit time. Probably on your BBC.

Those could be used to replace the Bulgarian SU25s if they went to the Ukraine as the pilots will need to be trained to operate them . Ukraine doesnt have that time .

The US have a surplus of A10s and many like those below have been mothballed .

No, our A-10s could not be deployed. But these squadrons are trained for years in 'low-level-ground-support'. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are watching the news images of Russian convoys, and quietly salivating drool.

I know that but they could be used to back fill should the Bulgarian SU25s go the Ukraine in the same way F16s would back fill the Polish Mig 29s . :)

The content of this video may not interest most of you .

However what it does show is the individual Russian units involved . It is noticeable that many of these knocked out armoured vehicles belong to Guards units.

Another indication that Putin is getting frustrated as Guards units are struggling against Ukrainian defenders and these tend to contain the best of what Russia can offer when it comes to troop quality .

Ukrainian farmers are going to have some interesting new farm equipment when it's all said and done.

They need to be careful of mines as well .

These would have been laid in certain areas using vehicles like the one below .

Looks like a few of those images were of, drivers saying,"Ooops, oh, shit....." running off the road into mud or a ditch.

I think some one have run out of fuel or broken down and then pushed aside by others in the same convoy/unit . :)

Mechanical failures have been a big problem as many of these vehicles would have been idle prior to this invasion :)

Russia has been launching long-range, unguided missiles into Ukrainian cities, causing massive destruction to apartment buildings. Ukraine has asked for Iron Dome defense systems from the U.S. and Israel, but Israel is worried about Russia retaliating, so they've put the kibosh on supplying them. Since the Iron Dome was developed as a joint venture by both countries, either country has veto power. Perhaps they'll come around if Putin keeps up the attacks.

I cant see why they cant be issued with Patriots as they are purely defensive and as far as I can see .If no Aircraft are there they cant be used for any other purpose .

Because: 1) How would one get these fairly large trucks into the country? 2) They require a trained group of 4-5 operators, US personnel?

Better to send the, I believe, three versions of the shoulder-fired 'fire-and-run' anti-armor, or the common RPGs, or the ground-to-air missiles, with refills for each. Ten minutes of instructions, then "go kill something". Even a bank teller could take it from there. Small, easy to transport and disperse to scattered groups.

Most of the damage is now said to being done by artillery or MRLS rockets. Which would explain the somewhat random impacts of the videos we're getting to see.
