I’m sure your hair did grow back thicker. But it’s not “because” you shaved it. Correlation does not equal causation. Shaving has absolutely zero impact on how thick hair is. That’s entirely genetic and hormonal. Hair naturally becomes thicker as you age (up to a certain point) before gradually thinning out again. It is possible that you were not fully matured (hair wise) when you shaved, and then subsequently noticed that you had more (thicker) hair after you had shaved. This most likely would have been the case whether you had shaved or not (although you’re more likely to notice after shaving and watching it grow back).
