I notice that I ALWAYS notice this number. It seems that whenever the clock stikes 4:20 I always seem to notice or look at it at that exact time, yesterday I was buying somemunchies adn the cost was $4.20, all crazy stuff like this. This happen to anyone else?

hmm... i think its in the unwritten book of stoners that 420 is the most recognized number by them... i have it set on a broken digital clock in my kitchen, and I have found a RC Go-Kart at my work that has 420 as the racing numbers, lol.

yeah, like if im playin madden, the only time ill get a 4th down is when its 4th and 20, or like you said, when you look at the clock...idk, its just like it seems your body gets in a time set where you know to look at the clock at 4:20 and then just start doing it naturally...kinda like if you train yourself to wake up at a certain time. I don't know, it seems like a logical explanation to me, but im high as a kite.

its a subconcious thing, you dont notice that fact that u glance at the clock at 4:18 and then ur body times two minutes and u look back at 4:20 and realize its four twenty.

i look at the clock and it'll be like 3:58 then next time i look its 4:20. there are other instances too but i can't think of them right now. today i rang in a purchase for someone and it came to $4.20 we both thought it was pretty funny. he said he'd go celebrate :) the weird thing is i don't even smoke anymore and haven't for a few years. once a stoner always a stoner i guess.

april 20th is "national marijuana day"

the number 420 is widely debated

hitlers birthday, number of chemicals in pot(not true i think its around 318), some kids meetin up in the OC gettin high everyday at 4:20, lots of other myths and what not.

all i know is that 420 is definetley intertwined with bud.

I was out to eat with my parents once and something on the menu cost $4.20 and i was laughing about it. my dad asked what was funny and i said "420" and he didn't get it. my parents don't even know what 420 means. i thought it was hilarious because i always thought they'd be the ones to know for sure. idk why, but i found it weird that my parents didn't know about it.

Interestingly enough, most older folk don't know the significance of 420.

e.g. - my high school gave us a half day last year on April 20th, with the first four periods off. I bet most teachers were wondering why the hell everyone in their classes were giggling and spacing out the entire day. :)

this always happens to me. me and a friend have a little rule that if you happen to look at the clock exactly on 4:20 you have to light up if you have any haha. another funny story is that last year my algebra teacher was a definate stoner, so on 4/20 he only assigned two problems, number 4 and 20, haha i love teachers that are cool like that.

The most memorable time for 420 to cheer me up was when I was sitting in my grandma's car in a funeral house parking lot. She had to go in to get some papers signed and I was crying. Well for some dumb reason I looked up real quick to a house directly in front of me (some original city house turned into a insurance company) and guess what I saw? The address numbers were 420. That cheered me up so much it was awesome. I started laughing and smiling. :) Things like that are just so cool. Plus my cellphone ID number starts with 420 heh.
