Whats going on everybody? I've been California dreaming since I was 13 years old ... now I finally have a chance to go out and really see the west coast. So far its going to be me and My friend Cori ... were both 19 years old. Our plan right now is to get up and leave Pennsylvania April 21 and head west ... hit route 66 and and keep driving till we hit Arizona ... spend a night or two with my cousin, then head to the grand canyon, and of course ... viva las vagas baby! After that hit up san diego and spend a night in Tijuana ... and then the best part ... drive up the PCH to San Fransisco where we plan on spending the most time. Now were really going to be rushing all of this because we only have 2 weeks to do this ... so if you want to spend months in Cali ... this isnt your ride. If you just wanna get dropped off somewhere along the way thats cool with us ... But like I said ... were leaving from Pennsylvania ... so anyone wanna go to Cali in April? i'm not guaranteeing anybody a ride ... its still up in the air weather we want to take anyone else along ... Hey, I was planning to get out to Tucson, Arizona in the spring but I hadn't made any concrete plans. I live in Lebanon, Ohio, so I'd be right on the way. I would share in expenses of course, so if you are still looking for riders.....
You know, why don't we do a group trip with a couple vehicles. I might be willing to drive as long as expenses are shared. I would be going for a little longer and will be spending time in the southwest and then going up the west coast, possibly up to washington and maybe Vancouver. Not sure what order any of this would occur, maybe northwest and south along the coast 1st and then Arizona/New Mexico..... I definitely want to do some camping in the desert in Arizona, though.
