any advice for a tribe of first timers?

hey im 15, tried the stuff for the first time on a friends roof, like most first timers i diddnt feel much of a buzz, but im not quiting there, im buying more to treat me and my two friends to a fiesta. i would just like some advice on how much to buy, tips on how to smoke it, and anything else i should know, thanks.

 

get a bowl or some smoking device if none of you can roll (I've been smoking for years and I can't roll shit!)

and only buy about 20-40 worth of pot if you're sharing between you and 2 friends. I imagine you want to smoke it all so no one wants to take it home.

have patience. you will get high eventually. Don't have your standards too high, I mean, you're not going to feel drunk-like. It's a nice mellow feeling.

I love first time stoners. I love to smoke with them for free a lot because it's so cute!! Tell a few cool kids it's one of your first times and see if anyone helps you out. Don't tell that to your dealer, though! He might rip you off.

what are you getting? Do you know how approx. how much per gram you should pay? If not, feel free to ask. i'll give ya some round numbers.

I don't smoke cigs so it was hard for me to learn how to inhale at first. I found the easiest way is to take the smoke in your mouth and inhale through your nose. I used to swallow the smoke at first and burp it up!

 

Yea wat she says is pretty good advice. Make sure you have mad water or something to drink cause i used to blaze in my friends room all the time but i would get mad thirsty and have nothing to drink so it sucked.

 

Make sure that all the smoke is actually getting to your lungs. If it's your first time smoking and you are coughing that is a good thing. It's a good way to judge if you are hitting it right. Make sure the smoke doesn't just rest in you mouth/throat. Get stuff to drink and eat and watch family guy. That's all I have to say.

first off, do not smoke on a roof. Novices tend to not know that their equilibrium can be thrown off by the high and we dont want you falling off a roof now do we?

I smoked cigs before i ever tried bud so i knew how to inhale right. What your gonna do is drag it first, suck the smoke thru the pipe or joint. Then take your mouth off of the smoking device and make your mouth form into the postion like your saying "O" and inhale quite sharply and big. your chest should get a bit warmer and you should feel irratation in your throat and lungs(not bad for you, you jsut got to break em in).

Do not stop once you start feeling a buzz, cuz thats what youll get stuck with. once you become a veteran then you will know how to gage your amounts to get high enough. Keep smoking and make sure you hit it right and after about 20 minutes youll be high as hell.

If your looking for a good place to buy a pipe, Bob at show me glass has some really nice stuff that works great and is inexpensive.

Do not smoke in a house where the parents are not cool with it. I suggest find a wooded area or a friends house who's parents dont care.

If your coughing that means you are hitting it correctly so follow through with that method.

have been smoking like 3 ciggaretts a week, not cause i like them but only when im around a bunch of people who are, so i know how to inhale correctly. also i dont know if ill be able to get a hold of a pipe anytime soon, but i have made a pipe out of an aluminum soda bottle (dent the side and put tiny holes in the dent then suck the air out of the mouth as you light the weed in the dent, would that work? i dont feel like taking my tribe out in the brush only to waste some good weed, thanks.

 

does the weed your getting have alot of seeds and stems?
if so that means its lower quality. You can check quality by the amount of crystals and red/orange/white "hairs"if that 1/4 of a sandwich bag is packed fat then yeah id say its worth about 30 if its good quality bud, maybe 20-25 if its shitty weed.

the shit i get doesnt have many stems, just little leaf peices as well as some little clumped up peices, thanks for the link, i definatly made the right decigion asking somone on this before going out and trying to handle this myself

 

the little leaf pieces are known as "shake"
the "clumped up pieces" hmmm probably "buds"

sounds like your probably getting decent weed, so id say that 30$ for a 1/4 sandwich bag(if packed fat) is worth it.

 

but then again, i dont know your area so it would be hard to determine, what state are you in? im sure there is someone on here who can give you some estimates

 

im in pennsylvania, do you smoke the buds as is or do you crunch them up?

 

well if they are large buds i usually thro em in one of my grinders and give it a few cranks, but if theyre small i jsut pack em in the bong or bowl as is.

wow memories with those coke can pipes. the first time i got high i used one of them. yup good times. first high is the best man cuz its all new, well it was for me but hey . have fun and ya that sounds pretty good amout of bud for that price.

 

i got some weird shit going on in the basement for example(bare with me) this aluminum soda is on its side on the top of the side theres a dent and some small holes (where the shits gonna burn) on the botom of the can i attached a tube and taped it to airtight it, that tube then goes to the bottom of a large plastic soda bottle, the soda bottle is half filled with water (the tube is under water). lastly i have another tube going right threw the side of the plastic soda bottle but above water level and add a choke hole. i suck on the tube and it pulles bubbles from the tube thats underwater carrying the smoke from the shit burning on the aluminum can. i tested it out with tabaco, works great. not shure if ill take the risk of trying actual weed on it dont want to waste it i think ill stick to simpler stuff for awhile, till me and tribe get on the roll.

 

haha sounds like a pretty big, longwinded bong, but good that you put that sorta effort in! (all you really needed was a small bit of pipe going into the water, to make a very simple bong)

and it doesnt matter that you payed 30 bucks, for a waurter of a sandwich bag thats not a rippoff at all and youll eventually get to know the prices.

when its your first time, and you do get stoned, youll get very stoned. so you nedd less to have a great time than most of us anyway
