Wifey and try, and usually manage every day to walk at least 10,000 steps.
This as per showing on my IPhone 7 Plus.
Today here in UK at 23.31PM I have walked 16,762 steps, which equates to 11.18km.
So not too bad methinks.

Hot here but not dangerously so. We have a well, so water isn't a problem. Will keep you in my prayers, Brothers.

I am sitting in the garden on my Swing Hammock with brolly up and in the shade.
Feels perfect.
Just gonna do meself some home made bread toasted, with lots of peanut butter spread on it, and a big pot of tea.

SCORCHING temperatures of up to 40C will blast parts of the UK early next week, but what can you expect in your area?
Here's you'r Monday heatwave forecast mapped, including where in the UK will be the hottest.

Where will see the hottest temperatures?
The British capital bears the brunt of the heat on Monday with temperatures exceeding 35C.

According to the Met Office official forecast, London will bask in 24C heat through the night and into the early hours of Monday morning, with highs of 29C expected by 10am.

Figures at 40C are predicted in Cambridge and Peterborough, according to WXCharts.

Between 1pm and 7pm, the scorching heat will continue to rise, though it is expected to drop back to 29C by around 10pm.

Coastal regions will see similar temperatures of between 30-35 with full sun all day.

A red “extreme heat” warning is in place for London and Oxford, while an amber warning applies to most of the South East.

The Met Office red warning level is accompanied by an increased level 4 Heat Health alert for England issued by the UK Health Security Agency.

The Met Office has warned that temperatures could rise even further to 43C (109F) tomorrow - with trains already cancelled, GP surgeries and schools closed amid a serious warning that fit and healthy people could die.

Its chief executive Penny Endersby confirmed 'we may well see the hottest day in the UK in history' today - beating the record of 38.7C (101.7F) set in Cambridge in July 2019 - but tomorrow is now expected to be even hotter.

With the UK set to be hotter than the Sahara Desert today, transport links in London were already grinding to a halt due to train cancellations - while roads could melt and bosses have urged employees to work from home.
