Totally agree with Autumn. I was tought early on that you can get pregnant off of precum. So right away, if you two are having sex without any sort of birth control, you are, essentially, playing russian roulette. And yes, if you insert right after it's also possible (like say if you were to use a condom and cum, and then put it back in her after you take it off, still possible) because the cum still comes out a bit after you've orgasmed.
