I need help installing a tv tuner card in Mamdrake 10.1

im have a 1ghz CPU and 1GB Ram. would some one please tell me how to install this card. im am running Mandrake 10.1 thanks for anyhelp

#1. Does it come with a CD?
#1A. Open your PC's case, and see if you have an available PCI slot. If so, put it in there just as you would a new 56K modem.
Check your documentation first to see if you should install the "Software"first, or the TV Tuner card first. (Trust me! It matters!)
