If that's how it's going, I'm not sure I'd want to be here anyway.... I can't tell you the last time I've listened to broadcast radio....however, I do turn on NPR for the dog when I have to leave for a few hours. He's getting to be very progressive.

11th Circuit grants DOJ expedited appeal.

Court grants DOJ motion to expedite appeal in special master case

    excerpt:

"An appeals court on Wednesday granted a motion from the Department of Justice to fast-track its appeal in the special master case involving documents seized in the FBI's search at Mar-a-Lago.

Driving the news: "Having consulted with the Chief Judge, the appeal will be assigned to a special merits panel from the classified appeals log randomly selected by the Clerk," per the filing.
    • The 11th Circuit in the Wednesday filing also set the deadline for all briefs to be submitted to the court by Nov. 17.
The big picture: The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the DOJ last month and granted the department's request to resume reviewing classified documents from Mar-a-Lago.
    • The DOJ on Friday asked the 11th Circuit to expedite its ruling on the special master’s appointment, contending that its inability to review non-classified documents was impeding its investigation, Reuters reports."

The DOJ went easy on Trump with its first appeal which resulted in it being able to review the hundred seized classified documents after a scathing 29-page rebuke of Cannon by the 11th Circuit.

Trump is tinkering again with the issue of who gets to see the classified documents by appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The DOJ's first appeal was narrow and gave it an indication of what to expect from the 11th Circuit. The DOJ's second appeal is more broad and could short-circuit much of Trump's special master win that Cannon gave him.

Trump has an uncanny ability to create one seemingly intractable mess after another.

Well, as in his business, all it takes is an army of lawyers to keep things jangled up. It's never about being proven right or within the law, but how to get around breaking the law with seemingly endless money.

JUST IN: Trump-Seized Docs ‘Inadvertently’ Revealed, Include ‘Analysis About Who Should Get a Pardon’

    excerpt:

"The list was created by a team sorting through the mass of documents seized during the raid. The log includes two lists of potentially privileged material, mainly documents related to Trump’s legal battles over the years. Other material includes “analysis about who should get a pardon, call notes marked with a presidential seal, retainer agreements for lawyers and accountants, and legal bills.”

The log also includes 35 pages marked as “The President’s Calls” with the Presidential Seal and including handwritten notes like, “Message from Rudy,” which could refer to Trump ally Rudy Giuliani. Another is the “confidential settlement” agreement between Trump and the PGA.

There are also documents related to people who received pardons and clemency from Trump, including former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, whose sentence was commuted by the former president in 2020. One document referring to Blagojevich is referred to as “commutation internal analysis.” Another is the letter to the judge in the case regarding the clemency."

Freedom is scarce in freedom loving North Dakota; it sounds like to me... and you can't even see Russia from your front porch - but it sure sounds like people there are going to need to learn to speak Russian soon.
All kidding aside, it is hard to believe there are places in these United States where freedom loving patriots have lived and worked together for hundreds of years there is such a movement by one political party to control what everyone hears.
You cannot persuade me to think a different way unless you cut me off from hearing any other points of view. very scary, I think.

Inflation is caused by our 30 Trillion and growing government deficit and deficit spending. The Fed purchasing FNMA mortgage securities when interest rates were in the three's. The Fed purchasing Treasury securities. .

The Fed wanted rates low to ease servicing the enormous debt.

New documents blow up Trump's attempt to blame the General Services Administration for Mar-a-Lago docs

    excerpt:

"A new report from Bloomberg News significantly undercuts an attempt by former President Donald Trump to blame the General Services Administration for having top-secret government documents stashed at his Mar-a-Lago resort.

During assorted public appearances, Trump has asserted that the GSA was responsible for packing and shipping boxes of White House records down to Mar-a-Lago.

But documents obtained by Bloomberg through a Freedom of Information Act request show that the boxes containing the top-secret documents were already packed when the GSA arrived to take them to Florida.

"More than 100 pages of emails and shipping lists between White House and transition staff and the US General Services Administration describe the minutiae of moving the Trump White House from Washington, DC, to Florida, down to how many rolls of bubble wrap and tape, all within a plan signed by then-Chief of Staff Mark Meadows," the publication notes. "One thing is clear: The boxes were packed when the movers got there.""

Jan. 6 Rioter Arrested For Assaulting Cop Was Paid To Campaign For Glenn Youngkin

    excerpt:

"A 23-year-old man who allegedly assaulted a police officer during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol was later paid by the Virginia Republican Party to campaign for now-Gov. Glenn Youngkin, HuffPost has confirmed.

Joseph Brody was arrested by federal authorities last month near his home in northern Virginia for his alleged role in the insurrection. He is charged with multiple felonies, including: assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement officers, causing bodily injury; interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder; and obstruction of an official proceeding.

According to an FBI affidavit, Brody attended the riot as part of a contingent of young men affiliated with the “America First” white nationalist movement. Brody allegedly pushed a metal barricade into a police officer, knocking him over.

He also allegedly entered Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s conference room, where he briefly removed an American flag from its holder, and the U.S. Senate chamber, where he took photos of documents on senators’ desks. After exiting the Capitol, Brody allegedly joined other rioters in destroying media equipment."

Jan. 6 Rioter Arrested For Assaulting Cop Was Paid To Campaign For Glenn Youngkin

    excerpt:

"His mother, Maureen Brody, also attended the Jan. 6 “Stop the Steal” rally that turned into insurrection; she once posted on Gab, the white supremacist-friendly social media platform, that she got near enough to the Capitol that she and others were targeted with tear gas. Footage found by anti-fascist researchers also appears to show her on the building’s steps — a restricted area.

Months later, Maureen Brody was named as the Republican nominee for a seat in the Virginia House of Delegates. During her campaign — on June 21, 2021 — she posted a photo to Gab showing her standing behind a table draped with an America First flag. She was running in a heavily Democratic district and lost in the general election by 30 points."

Fishersville man, held in Capitol riots, wants move to Guantanamo Bay

    excerpt:

"The letter, filed Sept. 30 in the case of Ryan Nichols, asks that the Capitol riot defendants be transferred to Guantanamo Bay rather "than remaining trapped within the wretched confines of cruel and unusual punishment at the D.C. jail." The letter claims they are political prisoners "unjustly and unfairly incarcerated."

The letter says Guantanamo Bay provides nutritional meals, sunlight exposure, "top-notch" medical care, and is respectful of religion "despite the fact that those residents are malicious terrorists.""

FBI arrests Ohio pastor who shouted 'Mission accomplished' at Capitol on Jan. 6

    excerpt:

"Federal authorities arrested an Ohio pastor Wednesday for his alleged role in the insurrection of Jan. 6, 2021.

Bill Dunfee was arrested on felony charges of interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding, in addition to five misdemeanors. Dunfee serves as the pastor at the New Beginnings Ministries Warsaw and used the pulpit to express the baseless belief that Joe Biden stole the 2020 election.

The FBI stated that it began its investigation into Dunfee in February 2021, the month after supporters of then-President Donald Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to stop the formal counting of the electoral votes showing that Biden had won. The bureau added that Dunfee confirmed his attendance to the FBI in a March 2021 phone call, and it received additional tips that summer about his role."

RonJohn Downplays Capitol Riot While Admitting He Swapped Jan. 6 Texts With Trump Lawyer

    excerpt:

"On Jan. 6, 2021, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) texted with a Wisconsin-based attorney heading up legal efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state, the lawmaker acknowledged on Tuesday. “You can’t even call it participation,” Johnson told NBC News, adding he “wrote a couple texts” to lawyer Jim Troupis both before and after the senator’s staff unsuccessfully attempted to deliver fake elector papers to then-Vice President Mike Pence. “What would you do if you got a text from the attorney for the president of the United States?” Johnson asked. “You respond to it.” The senator made the admission after a speech to the Milwaukee Rotary Club on Tuesday morning in which he downplayed the severity of the Capitol attacks. “The ‘armed insurrectionists’ stayed within the rope lines in the Rotunda,” he scoffed, making air-quotes with his fingers. “I’m sorry—that’s not what an armed insurrection would look like.” (There is ample evidence that firearms, among other weapons, were carried by protesters that day.) Johnson added that the rioters “did teach us how you can use flagpoles, that kind of stuff, as weapons.” A spokesperson clarified that the senator was “in no way condoning this action.”"

It's in several places in the Bible which deal with End Times Prophecy. I hear it every night on local radio. One of the preachers is Baptist out of Texas and the other is 7th Day Adventist from South Africa. The South African is interesting, because he informs you of actual dates and events in history. The Texan sounds like he is speaking out of his ass. The Texan also does not hide his hate of the "Dems" and the "Libs." The local radio and TV here is 100% Trump/Republican support. You will hear ads for My Pillow. You will hear them complain about Biden's mental health, and Hunter's laptop; but, they never talk about crimes committed by Trump.
