I just smoked a joint of some great kbs about 4 hours ago, but now I'm feeling tired and I have a mild headache. Besides smoking more and sleeping are there any ways to get rid of that burnt feeling, and if it's too late what are some suggestions before you smoke so you won't be burnt later on?
you could try taking a shower. and the only thing i can think of to avoid getting burnt out is smoke a night so by the time you're getting burnt out, it'll be time for bed.
my suggestion for you is to smoke less. If you get the burnt out feeling it means you are consuming far too much than u need. Smoke JUST enough to get you as high as a kite, i would suggest cutting back. And you will be saving more weed. It is very possible to get high and not burnt out afterwards escpecially with KB. I think a joint is more than you need.Try a bowl and wait 5 minutes if u need more then go for 1/2 bowl increments rinse and repeat. Hope that works for you! It does for me.
I get burned no matter how much I smoke so I just eat, take a shower, or go to sleep. Caffine works for a while, but when you come down from that, you'll feel worse.
Green tea does it for me when I'm chilling (or a Red Bull &/or vodka if I'm partying)Taking a shower does help.
