I listen to Jessie Kelly almost every night and he has been telling his listeners to "stop the communists" and "practice with your weapon" and recently he started telling them to go to the drop boxes with guns and camera and follow the people home so Republicans would know who the ballot mules are. These types of attacks will increase and continue. And the very bad news is Republicans might take both House and Senate. Michael Moore is predicting a blue tsunami but the polls are showing otherwise. I am getting concerned.

It would be much more secure for secret service agents to be required to turn in their old phones to a central authority where the information on the phones would be backed up properly instead of relying completely on the recognizance of the agents themselves to do it, which is apparently what happened and caused the loss of data during the days surrounding the insurrection at the Capitol.

Anticipating problems, Congress had issued statements to the secret service to preserve data before the data wiping of the phones had occurred.

The special grand jury in GA ends in April 2023.

Time is needed to analyze the testimony provided by Graham (assuming he actually testifies at some point).

The later his testimony occurs, the less time available for Willis and the grand jury to process it.

The best scenario for Graham is that the Supreme Court rules that he doesn't testify at all. The next best is that a decision comes after the grand jury has expired.

Bannon associate Timothy Shea has been convicted at a second trial for the We Build the Wall scheme.

Trump pardoned Bannon who had been indicted by the federal government for his role in the scheme before it could go to trial.

Bannon was indicted by a Manhattan DA in September 2022 for the same scheme.
