I get them all the time. I have really good medicine that takes them awa within 15-30 minutes. They used to linger for 3 days at a time.

If you don't have any medicine to take I would put an ice pack on the spot it hurts you most. Lay down in a dark quiet room too if you can with your eyes closed. Sometimes having your eyes open only puts more strain on the migraine.

    I hope you feel better.

    What? Your pregnant? Congratulations Funky.

Are you sleeping, eating okay? No wonder you have a migraine.

I used to get these all the time when I was younger. (It runs in my family) My mother would have me lay on my stomach or side, and just massage my head. When it started to move, I would tell her, and she would rub there. It sometimes can take up to a couple hours to get rid of, but just keep on, and it will go away. I think it's when you get a headache, something about blood not flowing, and when you massage, it opens all that up, and lets it go.
