I don’t know why anyone would give her any air time to spout more garbage.

 

I plan to watch it. Lesley Stahl is great at getting people to open up, maybe she can get ol' Margie to hang herself with her own words.

 

Now that I've seen the interview it's obvious she's been heavily coached on her responses and has been for years. She's very good at evading questions and denies she ever said things she actually posted on social media. When asked why she doesn't give Donald Trump any of the blame for our current problems she replies, "The President isn't in control of everything", but won't extend the same courtesy to Joe Biden, calling him and the Democratic party pedophiles.

The segment on 60 Minutes also pointed out that her national approval rating is around 29%. I would imagine it's considerably lower than that in NYC where she plans to lead protests tomorrow at Trump's arraignment. Things could get ugly.

Yeah, I watched it, it was making me crazy, but it's like an accident scene - you just have to see it. Yeah, she was very well rehearsed, and shame on Leslie for not smoking more out of her smug ass.

"Democrats, even Joe Biden the president himself, supports children being sexualized and having transgender surgeries. Sexualizing children is what pedophiles do to children."

"I don’t know if you actually have my pos… No, I never said Parkland was a false flag."

Leslie (11:52):

"Let me button this up and we’ll move on. You want to bring the Republican Party closer to your views? You want to bring the country closer to your views. You’ve said that. Here are some of the things you’ve said, that America should have a Christian government, that abortion should be banned nationally, that you want to defund the FBI. Yes? You want immigration to stop for four years. You’ve said those things, correct?"

"Oh yes. These are some of my views."

 

I'm disappointed they gave her the publicity. I see she actually moved to her district. Nice to know that they will actually have their very own village idiot.

 

Well, they did have a family construction biz where they legally stole money. Funny, she said her father always listened to right wing radio - see? Propaganda works.

I'm not so sure. They say there's no such thing as bad publicity but in her case we could make an exception. Her clueless followers might eat it up but with most people it only confirms their view that she's utterly unqualified to serve in government, and her defense of Trump only hurts him more.

 

You're right, and the statistics bear you out. But the minority is large enough to threaten democracy as we know it.

 

She will never lose in her district. She'll be the new Newt Gingrich.
