A bunch of my friends are rolling for my friend's b-day this weekend, 2/3 of us have never done it before (inc. me). We plan to ride down to the beach (we live in south GA, probably head to Florida) and roll there. I've been reading up on erowid, and we're going to take lots and lots of blankets and music to listen to on our car stereos. Has anyone ever rolled on the beach before? My concern is that it's gonna be all cold and windy, it's like, early march, ya know? Hehe... Someone told me that I wouldn't get cold on x, is this true?

Can anyone share some experiences with rolling on the beach with me? I'll be your friend :)

    *much love*

ive rolled on the beach before, but never when it was cold. How cold are you talking?

Anyway, bring lots of water and glowsticks, maybe build a fire if you can. It's so fun. It's true, your roll might make you not notice if you're cold. I love E. It makes me feel so happy and lovey dovey and it makes me want to dance. chew gum or suck on hard candy and try to remember to relax your jaw a few times throughout the night. Drink water even if you don't want to. Especially if you dance a lot! don't let a car's battery go dead by playing music too long with out the car being turned on or have it run out of gas!! Be careful while driving. I would do it at all, but if you must get home, try having a person there who is not rolling to drive you around. It's possible to drive, but lie anything, its dangerous.

The last time I rolled on the beach we made sand castles and had back rub trains, and made marshmellows on sticks over the fire and we laughed and danced the nght away. ah, good times.

Rolling on the beach is lovely! Def bring somthing warm....you can get cold when you are rolling on a windy beach and it can still be very uncomfortable even though you feel so good...esp if you hate cold like I do or get cold easily. Be careful with a fire....find out what the laws are. We have had cops come to the beach to tell us to put our fire out and if they suspect you are on something they will break out the flash lights on your eyes.
Anyway, have fun!!!! Bare feet + sand + X = amazing feeling!
