It's from some cool, weird animated movie from the seventies. It's supposed to be some kind of mutated horse, but in reality I think the animator was just too lazy to animate four legs compared to just animating two.
to me it looks like a cross between a a lamma and a feather less chicken. whatever it is, it does not look happy. at all.
