i don't know what all the end bit is about...but it made me laugh

Basically, whenever somebody says something that is unbelievable, you rub your chin and say one of a variety of phrases, preferably in a silly voice or putting the emphasis on the wrong syllable.

The phrases are as follows (I've tried to put the points of emphasis in caps, but it may vary from school to school:
    Chinny reckON
    Jimmy 'ill
    Chin chin

Nah down south it was rubbing your chin and saying
    "yeaaaa"
    or
    "chinny chin chin"
    or
"eeerrrrrrr" (whilst putting your toung between your bottom teeth and lip to make them feel EXTRA dumb)
