Flat Earth

Knowledge of the universe doesn't always equate to knowledge of people. Just remember that. Yes, I am socially awkward. But I won't lie to you, either.

 

The answer isn't in flat earth

 

The earth is not flat.... I live on a hill, for fucks sake...

How can it be flat if there are hills?

 

Some theories no matter how far fetched or stupid do show some merit. But this one, how can you possibly think the Earth is flat. How thick is it because if there are sides to the other side it’s not flat, it’s a cylinder.

 

Holy Crap it is flat.

So how does this theory account for the ore boats leaving Marquette...gradually disappearing from the top down as they sail out into the lake?

 

If you are familiar with ire boats and Marquette you know Lake Superior has its own set of Physics

 

I experienced first handthe storm that sunk the Edmund Fitzgerald. I was living in Sault Ste. Marie at the time.

With the entire world falling down a rabbit hole I don’t know what to think,but in relation to this question I have read that if you took some binoculars you would still be able to see the ore boat.

And i have read accounts of people saying the Statue of Liberty could be seen from 60 miles away...all anecdotes

 

I know people are going to say I just wasn't far enough out towards space. But when I fly on an airplane the earth looks flat to me.
