Fox no longer does live interviews with Trump. They've moved to edited interviews played at a later date. Trump used to call Fox & Friends and do rants regularly. While he was still president, one of them was a non-stop 30-minute rant. Fox finally cut him off by saying that he probably has a busy day as president with lots to do.
Trump could be convicted of 91 felonies, committed to a prison or psychiatric ward, talking gibberish, and throwing his food at the wall. Yet he'd likely still have a 42% approval rating and be voted in as president while the public would still be questioning Biden's mental acuity. It's akin to the troublemaker kid in elementary school who repeatedly and blatantly violates the rules with little punishment while conforming kids who occasionally step out of line a hair are punished severely.
