the goal is to update abbie hoffman's original text for 21st century relevancy. we've got a pdf of the original book at the site, as well as a link to the html version of the book, and all sections are prepared to update alongside the original text, so it's pretty easy to read the original and add new information based on your own knowledge and experience.

we've been up and running for over a month now and have already contributed a lot of new info. it's a literary and revolutionary project - writers, rebels, counter-culture crazies, DIY'ers are all welcome.

once we have enough, we'll try to get it printed and distributed, and we intend to maintain the wiki as well, ongoing.

the idea is to bring down the system in a positive, peaceful and progressive way. all those p's plus this: aggressively.

This ambition was a noble goal I think, and can be found in much of the left-anarchist movement today. I like the yippie's new nation concept a lot. Though I think they pushed a little too hard, too fast, in some ways, like seeing many shop owners as class enemies that it was ok to steal from. But it was an optimistic vision that we can still learn from today:

The goal of creating an updated book was reached, and updated again twice over, though it could do with condensing somewhat. And there are still a few people sending in edits to update various wiki pages.

Hoffman's idea actually dates back almost 3,000 years, to the original authors of the Tao Te Ching. The first genuine Singularity ever created, a Tar Baby Black Hole Sun. My book is the sequel to their work, and describes how its done. The secret is, the Tao Te Ching compresses a line of crap about 20,000 pages long, into a half hour read. Its a Tar Baby, that attracts the attention of lying thieves, containing cutting edge mathematics and physics, everyone is now stealing from each other, because they're taboo in any civilized society. But, its analog logic, and you can't fake it or distort it, and it causes more intractable problems than its worth to steal or abuse its contents, because Karma rules the universe.

I would send these fools a copy of my work, but their website isn't even up. Hippies always think they've invented something new, so I'm taking my book to the Rainbow Gathering, where some of us still have enough sense to listen to each other, and even have degrees in things like physics. Militant atheists are their own worst enemies.
