The whole world is nutty but if you see it nutty in rural America then urban America will totally blow your mind.

Got one 30 mi so. @12kpop. & fairlygoodsizd one 60 mi north. Hard to hitch to that one. As parts of the journey are small mtns. I dont like getting too far away from my smalltown.

As a person of Numunu ( Comanche), Purepecha ( Tarascan ancestry and a Veteran, I find this alarming.
We as American have lost our Soul, empathy ( due to KKKonservatism).
Notice, how the GOP increased their numbers by lowering Educational standards ?
    Ignorance has increased their numbers.
Most MAGA people that I encountered are on Social Security, Disability and or paralyzed from the neck up .
Many Natives were just like today's homeless.
Their suffering is swept under the rug, their encampment disburse.
    All GOP CAUSED !!!!

I'm homeless and no shame. People who try and shame are narcissists trying to fulfill their ego supply and inner self hatred and insecurities.

    Homelessness is not a problem.

    Lack of empathy is.

    60 billion / 500,000 = one hundred twenty thousand

60 billion dollars for war in Ukraine divided by the 500,000 homeless people in America.

$120,000 is enough to build a house or buy one in many places.

Yeah, this kind of bothers me, though I understand. I'm about to be homeless due to circumstances out of my control and I'm terrified because I have lots of fancy clothes and items I know I will get robbed and raped.

I don't do drugs, am not even interested in that. I just need a temporary place to live until I can get on my feet. All shelters are closed so I'm basically only faced with 2 options, it's scary.

I know lots of homeless are drug addicts and etc but I do wish the general population considered all ppl's back stories.

I am so sorry you are in that situation. I was there two years ago, but was able to put my belongings in storage and stay in a hotel for a while.

Is that an option for you?

Don't worry, after Trump loses the Election, Trump will gladly give our Top Secret information to our enemies, in exchange for Political Amnesty and to not be deported back to the US for his Treason and many other crimes.

I did boat life for 10 years. Kinda what lead me to be hating on shoes too.

It takes a little money to get started but after that your not feeding the rent monster anymore. Kinda helps to be in Florida.

Honestly? Put caps on rental prices. Lower cost of living. Protect reproductive rights because overpopulation causes lots of problems. Abolish HOA. And for the love of the Gods, quit taxing people out of house and home!

I agree with everything but this. Thank God for my HOA. They take care of all the property maintenance and landscaping--things I don't have the time, skills, or money for. Though this is a condo HOA which is different from a neighborhood one. Those can be downright evil.
