They can kick people out of their own homes that they worked hard to buy out of sheer petty tyranny. They take over neighborhoods and harass . They were formed by racists to keep minorities out. They shouldn't be legal at all. Anywhere. So much for the land of the free. Where you can be screwed over, because a bunch of losers with too much time and power on their hands, see that your grass was 1/2 inch too high.
It's bizarre to me the shame that is thrown toward the house less in America. I talked with guy from India who agrees with me. Unfriendly yuppies who shame instead of help. Like trying to separate us from humanity like we are demons or something. And then, the California and Hawaii homeless get judged by taking the cash welfare assistance and making it a lifestyle. Yet people in europe do same and are not judged. Lot of people actually do want to work but either can't heal depression/mental illness cuz of bad or no access to healthcare or harshly treated in job interviews that shame their interviewee about gaps in employment or for not meeting an uptight dress code. Oregon put in place camping ban recently but they move and pop up again, so it does nothing. People in Europe take welfare and have access to better Healthcare to recover without any bullies shaming them for being down. Kicking someone while their down only makes them want to give up and then feel proud to work outside the system as drug dealer or pimp. I infiltrated homeless group recently and am greatly disappointed in how much shame and hate has increased. Back in 2011-2014 is when I was homeless everyone was friendlier and hitching rides was easier. Homeless helped each other. That has decreased. There's this hateful seperatist attitude even amongst some homeless, have or have nots. More violence. More suicide. The covid experiment and only fans has regressed society to a cold sociopathic outlook on life that is accepted, no questions asked. But if you're house less, that is unacceptable in their eyes. And we should feel bad for struggling to get bare minimum basic needs being met such as where to pee or where to sleep. That is what is truly unacceptable. I urge you to read Four Winds by Kristin Hannah. It's like a modern version of the Grapes of Wrath. Sad, the this story about great depression kinda sounds similar to how things are now. Except we don't have Al Capone handing out free coffee. I bet he was fun to hang out with. No judgment please. This is what is wrong with society. We need more peace and love. Or at very least, generous gangsters like Al Capone lol. But you know what I mean. Anyway, I really do hope we can improve our broken society. Selfish yuppies...can they change their ways? I wish I could somehow get the barter system to come back without deviance exploitation from only fans and kitty ads. They both cause more dehumanization just in different ways. Also, the stigma against mental illness is a huge problem. Lot of lost, lonely people in the world that may not have taken their life if they just had one person kindly approach them and say a kind word or offer of free coffee. Small act of kindness can make a big difference in the world. Make it a goal to be a good memory in someone's life. Pay it forward. peace and love. Sending positivity and love to the universe. Pick it up and spread it like a virus.
My idea to combat HOAs is to form a nationwide union. It would be the same as workplace collective action but against HOA management if they harassed an individual homeowner. I would have to do further research but I don't understand how HOAs have any power at all as only real governments are allowed to use guns and violence to bully and get their way. Actually I am very curious if some HOA decides they want to punish me with fines and I say bug off go away get off my lawn lol how do they go about getting the real government to use violence to bully me ?? and break the stalemate. I think my HOA union would work because now individual HOAs would be totally outnumbered if they started trouble people from all over coming to picket and protest and fund lawyers.
Which specific law is it that forces people to buy homes in HOA neighborhoods? Is it a federal thing or does it differ from state to state?
Too bad the building codes instead of the tents some little cabins and don't disturb the nature in those woods. "advocates for those experiencing homelessness argue a shelter could people get back on their feet and connect them to mental health counseling, job training and assistance in getting insurance and identification." Some help is good for sure but they never seem to be able to make square pegs out of round ones. Homeless buddies I have they just are not doing that.
