Hi folks…very cool forums. Been lurking for a while and thought I’d pipe up. I live in Upstate New York, love music, art, sex, antiques and other important things. Been growing some fabulous pot for a while too. Apparently the climate here is good for something other than grapes. I’m married to a woman who was born on a commune and through her and her family have learned what hippies really were and what people think they were. Anyway, this seems like a fun place to hang and fool around.
There is a groovy connection between upstate New York and the Bay Area... going back to the 60s or further... or was the bus named "Further"? Anyway, lots of interesting stuff on this site!
I have lots of exploring to do on the site. Regarding that connection, it’s true, particularly the Hudson Valley area and its attraction to musicians from the Bay Area and that era.
