I do the only thing I hate is having rock salt stick to the bottoms of my bare feet other than that I love driving barefoot in the snow and walking barefoot in the snow
Well, winter hasn’t arrived, it is still a month away. However, it was in the mid 30’s in Ky this morning and I did drive barefoot. I don’t like being cold but what ever temperature my hands can tolerate my feet can as well. Also, I don’t want my feet to soften so I take advantage of mild days through the cold seasons by going barefoot. Walked two miles, a couple of days ago, when it was in the mid 40’s and the grass was damp. That was a little challenging but comfortable.
I went fishing last week and the temperature in the morning was 28 degrees Fahrenheit and I was barefoot the whole time my best friend keeps asking me how do I do that and he has known me for 25 years. And he is amazed that I go everywhere barefoot and I go barefoot all year around.
I drive barefoot in the winter. Living in the southeast it really does not get that cold here. We have not had snow in more than 1000 days.
It snowed the other day and I had to go and pick up a few things at Walmart the temperature was 34 degrees Fahrenheit it felt so good on my bare feet . This was what I was wearing that day driving barefoot and shopping barefoot
I am still driving barefoot during the winter. Now, my barefoot walking is limited, but once I am in the truck my shoes come off. My feet feel the cold for about five minutes, but once the heat is blowing my feet are toasty warm.
I've been slipping my sneakers off in the parking lot before getting into my truck, even returning a cart to the cart corral barefoot when grocery shopping. Not always depending on the weather, but often enough. But, still driving barefoot whenever I can.
Barefoot cart return is a quick fun barefoot excursion even in snow and cold temperatures. I, also, will get out of truck barefoot when getting gas. I was in Lowe’s today and I so wanted to be barefoot, but with current weather and temperature I didn’t want people to think I was crazy. But, I missed that cool smooth concrete on my soles. However, I did walk barefoot in the snow going to and from my office cabin and house today. I find hard packed snow easier on my feet than stepping into deep snow that encircles my feet.
For the last couple of days it’s been super cold here and the temperature has been in the 20’s in the day time at night it’s 12 degrees Fahrenheit or lower but I still walk to my truck and drive barefoot all the time.
I love driving barefoot in the winter time here’s a picture of my bare feet today driving to go get street tacos.
