*sigh* I am, but i am old(51), build my own pc, gaming/forums(old interwebz/social).......theses days it is more about, am i a social media/interwebz addict(look at me!)........shitty ass smartphones,handy for work, for the rest toss em!

I have always loved forums. My first one was when I was 11. That site has been deleted a long time now. I was a shy, awkward, isolated kid. Forums helped me a lot. I'm new here and happy that I found another forum to hang out on, and make friends on.

 

BF6(smells like bf4, tanks/armor )...............my pc needs a upgrade to run.................wich costs ......pc master...



And i do need distraction from work atm...........

Geez, that list is at least 20 yrs old. However that's way younger than the Hipforums which is now 29 years old, including it's earliest versions going back to manually created html pages with posts coming in via email in 1996.

Now you'd need to find an updated list with cellphones. Human behavior and society have been transformed since that list came out.

My own computer company was started in 1988. And yes I spend way too much time online.

 

As a kid I used my own laptop (then years later, tablets) more than a desktop.

You know you're an internet addict when the laptop crashes or the (old ass wifi) goes out and you have to deal with that. I got pretty damn good at troubleshooting my own laptop as a kid. I am proud of that.

 

I would rather do something creative, athletic, and/or interesting than sort through all the spam, BS, advertisements, etc. And trying to sift through the total health insurance flustercluck is the absolute worst.
