I wear one frequently, I’m wearing one now. I’ve worn one for a week before, only taking it out for a quick dump and putting it back in. The one a wear long term is a hollow rubber ball plug, with a marble or something inside that rattles around.

Just ordered one tonight. It's smaller but it's shaped better for long term wear. The problem with the one i have now is the plug is 2 inches wide but the neck is 1 inch wide so it doesn't have enough taper to keep it in. The one I just ordered is only 1.5 inches wide but the neck is alot thinner so it will stay alot easier plus at only 1.5 inches wide i can pop it in with very little warm up so I can wear it more often and more places I'm excited... also ordered 2 new dildos!
