As I have not used a men's room since I retired over 20 years ago (with the exception of those times my mother was in the hospital or a rehab center, the last time wasw nearly 9 years ago), I could not care less who is there; in fact, when I DID use the men's room at work, I paid little attention to WHO was there......I just did what I HAD to do, and then, after washing my hands, just went back to work.

Personally, I never was at all comfortable using public "facilities" anyway, so the quicker I got in and out, the better........

 

The holy rollers would insist that he's not a man, real or otherwise. There are those who say that this "born in the wrong body" stuff is actually a sign of mental illness but, still, at the end of any day, if he's legally recognized as being male, then he has every right to be in the men's room. What I know is that you test his blood, his DNA comes back as female. Now, is woman pitching several bitches about a "man" being in the ladies' room when the "man" has gone through all of the shit one has to go through to legally change their gender just them being crazy or do they have a point because if you test her blood, her DNA comes back as male?

I think some folks just need to mind their own fucking business and grow the fuck up...

Sad thing is.......far too many these days live in glass houses and, even sadder, have not even the slightest idea that they reside in one.......that is, until one day...............

 

Even then, some people are actually better off after a controversy. It doesn't make sense except to know everyone involved sucks.

 

Everyone thinks they're right until they find out how wrong they really were. It's okay to stomp the fuck out of someone's individuality... until someone stomps on yours. Anyone who isn't heterosexual and doing exactly as the bible says you should to is on the express train straight to hell until someone you love isn't doing any of that and now, how dare you disrespect them if you called them out for the pot calling the kettle black.

The appalling thing is that even after all this time, we still haven't learned. We're still acting like those two tribes of proto humans in the beginning of "2001: A Space Odyssey..."

Stagnant, not backwards. Here's the thing that the holy rollers do not see when they think the solution to everyone's problems in life is to have Jesus in your life... when, clearly, life doesn't work like that and given how we evolved. They think that we're devolving back to those days when there was no morality when, in fact, we never left those days but since we call ourselves civilized even though, just as clearly, we have yet to learn from our mistakes and we keep right on repeating those mistakes. The rollers want you to believe that The Word can save all of us from ourselves and it can't and never will because we can't stop being those proto humans I mentioned. You turn the other cheek, you're likely to not see the big stick about to knock your brains out that the other human - who thinks they're right about everything - is swinging because you dared to tell him that he's wrong those early rollers are trying to soothe the hurt and pain of losing your entire family to sickness or the starving animal that made a meal out them and the question gets asked: What kind of God lets us die like this?

We're stagnant; we've made little progress socially because instead of all of us embracing change, we reject it; we pine for the good old days even though we learn, along the way, that we cannot ever go backward; we can't go back to what was; if we don't keep moving toward what is, we will be extinct in short order and render the human species moot... because we haven't learned.
