A sunny day expected and I'm imagining the early morning blue skies already, ideal for a woodland naked jog. Would -4C be too cold?

I’ve heard it’s not bad as long as you wear a hat and keep your ears covered.

    Have fun!

I did a 20 minute walk the other day at -12C. Wasn’t too bad.

I have to say I didn't get to the jogging as the ice was compacted on the chosen route, then my point of removing cloths was busy with visitors. It was stunning as the ascent from the valley which was misty leaving blue skies above.

Two days later after the snow, I went and did half the route on a week day afternoon with only a few dog walkers at the car park.

Don't know how you tolerated the chill at that temperature ⛄
