☮️Hi! My name is Eburin. I'm 18 years old. I go by she/her pronouns, and I'm a demiromantic, demisexual lesbian. I'm also melolagniac, meaning I romantically fall in love with music. I'm absolutely obsessed and addicted to 60s and 70s music, mainly rock. I especially love The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell and Yamaguchi Momoe. John Lennon is my true hero, and I really relate to him and connect with him on a deep level. Apart from listening to music, I also love singing and writing lyrics. I'm also really interested in psychedelia, both as drugs and culture. I love making psychedelic art and reading about psychedelics. I have not tried any drugs yet, but I have a crazy, creative mind, so I'm naturally a bit tripped out and can also get really high and euphoric just from listening to music.☮️
Welcome. How strange that being so young you already define yourself as a lesbian, when you are still not formed as a person. Anyway... You will know
Great intro! I had never heard of melolagnia, but it sounds right on to me Many people through the ages have been that way, just look at the history of music and musicians! Why would they devote their lives to it if not aroused.
I love this thread! I've only loved classic rock since I was 11. My favorite bands are Rush, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, and Black Sabbath. I'm new on this forum. I'll go by Ashes. I'm in my 20's and female.
Welcome! I love John Lennon/The Beatles, all line-ups of Fleetwood Mac.. I like Joni Mitchell. Love Yoshiko Sai. If you ever want music recommendations, feel free to contact me. Psychedelics are awesome. I miss them!
I'm old enough to remember when there was --NO --Rock and Roll!! Then the 50s rolled around and --hey --what's that sound? Most of the early R&R was fairly simple 3 chord stuff, so it's been really interesting to see and hear all the different catagories of rock form , mature and improve. The 70s were truly important for such improvement. Ah---the devils music!!---as some used to say!! Although pre R&R , I used to go out to my grandmas new '49 Ford and listen to black preachers sing from LA on the radio. That was good stuff!
