If you are a “Believer” or believe in God or a higher power: Basically just kinda wondering the opposite of that: What would happen per se if you tried “Praying to the Devil”? Or “Praying to Lucifer/Satan”?? I mean: Just wondering as far as like Would he make your whatever “request/prayer/wish” come true even if you were to pray to the Devil?? Or would you just be better off leaving God to be the one to answering peoples prayers???
I guess the idea would be that if you were praying to a benevolent force, the answer to your prayers would always be something good, even if it wasn't what you expected. Praying to a malevolent force, the answer to your prayers would always be something bad. Imho, only pray to a benevolent force, or don't pray at all.
I think there’s benevolence and malevolence are more about if whoever’s answering the prayer is doing it for your good. If it’s out of compassion and empathy, I would guess that’s a good intent. They say that evil is the absence of empathy.
Satan answers prayers precisely the same way God does; THEY DON'T. IMAGINARY FRIENDS DON'T HAVE SUPERPOWERS, THEREFORE THEY DON'T ANSWER PRAYERS.
Donald Trump said 'Get thee behind me Satan! and Satan replied "I am behind you all the way" ( Praise the devil and pass the ammunition) Elon Musk shouted 'Help me Out Satan' and Satan replied ' you are doing just fine on your own'
If you are a “Believer” or believe in God or a higher power then you wouldn't even bother praying to the devil. That's because it has been instilled in you the devil is evil and any prayers afforded in that direction would be refused. Or you would be wrought with heartache by the response. Which is another reason belief in such is all bullshit.
