I'm just a bit bigger that the OP but mine also hangs / swings to the left. I was worried about it as I got older and after I was diagnosed with diabetes, I struggled with the meds. My urologist was trying Trimix on me and she had just injected me and was waiting to see how erect I would get. She told me that it was fairly common in men as they got older, especially if they were longer than average but that it wouldn't affect any activity unless I felt pain.
