Mine are hanging in their normal state of hallway between tight and hanging loose right now. My scrotum is usually stuck in this position where it can’t figure out whether to tighten up or to let the testicles hang way down. They’re both at the same level as well in my scrotum.

I was always under the impression that when men got to be my age that their balls always hung really low. For a short period of time it appeared that I was getting to that point.
