Not sure how other men check themselves and how often, but I regularly touch and examine my aging penis and testicles on a daily basis, inspecting the skin around the base of my penis, inspecting my glans penis thoroughly, feeling each testicle and even reaching down to inspect my anus.

How about other guys? Are you also listening to your bodies as they grow older and taking care of yourselves?

Yes I do. At 71 I am still very sexually active with my wife. We are also in the lifestyle and play with others.
That said, I shower daily and clean my genitals very well and do self examination. I also have 6 month exams with STD and PSA blood work by my urologist.

I take PreP meds so I get tested every three months for STDs, especially HIV.

At my age (69), and with all my injuries and health issues over the years, if I constantly listened to my body... bitching and screaming, I'd have gone deaf a long time ago.

I know the feeling, mine breaks down every now and then and it takes me a little bit to get him functioning properly again. Damn diabetes…

Yup. Damn diabetes. On top of that, I have to deal with two total knee replacements, a broken (but, thankfully healed) left femur, essential tremors in both hands, developing cataracts, herniated disk (C6-C7), and let's not forget severe ED. Right now, I'm looking for the cheapest way for my wife to have my remains disposed of when I finally check out!
