I've searched and read other threads, but cant seem to find a solution to my specific issue. I like the idea and look of glans rings, and would like to purchase one to wear 24/7 if possible. So far I've tried multiple sizes: 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, and 35mm. I'm a grower and cap out at 8.5" when fully erect, and around 4/5" when flaccid so I feel my biggest challenge is finding the right size to accommodate both states (if possible). Each size has gone on without much issue when I'm flaccid, but when I get an erection while wearing any of them they all begin to "ride up" my head and squeeze up and over my coronal ridge.

The most common scene is the ring starts working it's way off in such a way the top of my head gets a small fold as the ring squeezes up against it while working it's way over. The underside is always the last to go and no matter the size I always notice this exact movement when I check during an erection. So far I've been trying the "band" or "doughnut" style rings, but I was hoping I could get some more information on sizing/fit from someone who's been able to size themselves for a 24/7 ring.

I'm wondering if other styles of rings may be more secure, or if my sizing is still just not dialed in enough. At first I thought a smaller ring would give more "grip" and stop the issue of riding up, but when the same thing happened I tried a larger ring with the idea that more space to "fill in" during an erection would stop things from getting so tight the ring begins to move. I'm worried I may just not have the right type of penis for this jewelry, but I see so many posts and threads where it feels like everyone else was able to find something that works for them that I keep telling myself I just need to find what works. After 4 strike outs I feel like the firs thing I could use is the opinions of people who've managed to achieve what I'm trying to. Sorry for the long post, but any help would be greatly appreciated!

I tried several sizes of glans rings on my penis.
None of them stayed in place or were to tight after erection. I don’t have a thick penis but I do have length. So I had Jacob’s ladder piercings (3) done on my foreskin right behind the glans head on the under side. I absolutely love it. It also is a great conversation starter in a nude pool. Women are curious about how it feels. Some have even got on for a quick try out.

I'm starting to sober up to the idea that they just may not work for someone of my shape. I've got a Washington monument style shape and to my mind it seems like that will always lead to the ring going up and coming off. I'm circumcised so I don't know how much a piercing is an option, but I ordered some test silicone sizes to give things one last try before I give up the ghost. It's nice to know that I'm not the only person who's had trouble accessing this type of jewelry though lol

I have tried a few before I found the good fit. I think you have to have a mushroom head to make it stay. The one thing I did find was the type of underwear dictate what you can have on. If I am wearing Ball rings cock rings and glans. Today is G string day. The pocket holds everything in place. If I get an erection, yes things get tight. When it subsides everything stays in place.
