I had prostate surgery and can't get erect. My urologist mentioned a penis implant. Anyone have any experience or comments.
I have heard they work well. They don't make the penis any more sensitive but will make it erect. There are three types available. The best is a 3 piece inflatable implant. A pump is placed in your scrotum and a couple of sacs or tubes inside your cock. A reservoir is put in your abdomen to hold the saline solution that fills the sacs. The surgeon may remove some of the corpora cavernosa, the spongy tissue the fills with blood to create an erection. This will eliminate any natural erection from ever forming again. But since it's not filling with blood now, oh well. When you want to have sex you just find the little pump in your scrotum and pump up your cock. What's neat is after you orgasm (you won't shoot semen anymore without the prostate) your cock will remain erect until you physically deflate it. That might come in handy if your pussy owner still wants the hard cock in there. Best of luck to you if you decide to go this route.
I empathise with you, I had the same surgery nine years ago & unable to get an erection. Fortunately (?) my other half lost interest in sex some time prior to my operation, so any satisfaction for me is derived from masturbation as I can still have 'dry' orgasms. I'm confident in my ability to please a woman with my tongue/fingers, but the right person has not come along .. they better hurry up as I'm now 80 years of age, though still fitter than friends who are a decade younger. I hope you find the remedy you seek, the same thoughts have occurred to me but the whole experience seems such a faff & a bit scary.
