Once he had suborned the SCOTUS during his last term, he set the stage for the Constitution to become irrelevant to him because he already knew that any case brought before the court would always go in his favor and beginning with those idiots guaranteeing that he can never be prosecuted for anything he's done... while in office and once he leaves. Then he gets elected again despite a fuck-ton of felonies that he was found guilty of - and none of the prosecutors who had solid cases against him declined to put him in prison and I still don't understand that one. Once elected, he put his stooges in charge of the military, the AG's office, Homeland Security and the FB! and whose only job is to say everything is legal when his actions are questioned... like he has that $400 million gift because the fucking Pentagon says it was acquired according to law and procedure when, in fact, Congress didn't approve it - and they're supposed to. Once again, he puts himself above the law while doing shit that is, in fact, illegal because due process hasn't been followed, all the other laws he's been ignoring out of hand, and let's not forget all the tariffs that he hit the world with and he had no authority to issue them - only Congress does and, well, you see what those motherfuckers didn't do.

The thing that galls the fuck out of me is that he fucking told everyone what he was going to do if re-elected in that 2025 document! And he's been fucking doing it! It makes me wonder if the Democratic Party (a) didn't believe him when he said that he had nothing to do with that document (which was a lie) and (b) they didn't listen to Kamala when she told them that if you let him get elected again, he's going to do everything in that damned document. Oh, and he's doing it. And getting away with it. I also wonder if she said to the DNC, "I told you so, didn't I?"

And, again, there is nothing you and I can do about it other than try to go on with our lives and hopefully don't run afoul of this corrupt and illegal dictatorship.

 

I am still wondering why he needs a $400 million-dollar jet from Qatar when both VC-20s - the 747s that serve as Air Force One when he's aboard - are still in service and despite Boeing, somehow, screwing the pooch on his order for newer aircraft... and I wonder since he's the one who set this up, who's getting rich because Boeing hasn't delivered as promised? And why does he get to keep it once he's leaves when, technically, the jet should belong to the USAF since, you know, they and the Pentagon, again, says that all legalities were observed and complied with and I haven't seen one News Break saying that Congress approved this and per the law - and the law he keeps ignoring.

And getting away with it. While I'm at it, who's getting rich from the military having issue contracts to have this new jet brought up to meet and/or exceed the standards to be called Air Force One? Someone is. And, what - when he leaves office, he's taking the jet and presumably with all of its super top-secret stuff on board and if he's not allowed to keep it - and he's going to try to - who's getting rich to have the whole fucking aircraft reverted to a plain old 747-8? If the aircraft is left intact, I'm sure Putin would love to get his hands on that technology since it's being alleged that Donald J. Trump is his puppet in the White House.

And he's getting away with it. The courts are starting to push back but all he has to do is get his pet SCOTUS justices to overrule every other federal court. And speaking of courts, I read something in Quora where someone had asked if Trump would be going to jail should he finish his term and someone answered the question by opining that he just might wait until his term is almost over - then leave office so that Vance becomes president who then pardons him for every federal crime he's committed. That won't get him off the hook for the other crimes he committed and should be sentenced and imprisoned for but the person who offered this opinion also said that his lawyers are good enough to keep these lower courts tied up until the day he dies, and he'll never see the inside of a prison cell.

And that means he gets away with all of it. And we, the people, let him do it.

Nowadays, you even have to be afraid of catching some exotic ailment through something as simple as a handshake.

When I see the many risks (on many levels) out there, and what people have become, I am more than glad that I live like a recluse, and have no contact with ANYONE, except when I run errands, or very occasional, brief visits with family members.

These days, I only watch the weather reports on the news; the news itself alternates from the ugly to the downright bizarre, from the infuriating to the depressing.

Man, how did the world get as fucked up as it is today; unending wars, increasing prejeduice, exotic diseases, etc.?

Last night, on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", one of his guests was Senator Corey Booker; former Newark (NJ) mayor.

I've long greatly liked and admired Mr. Booker, and even more so now, after his appearance with Jimmy Kimmel last evening.

He spoke quite candidly on Trump, not holding back any punches.

"......he is the biggest grifter to ever sit in the White House....."

"......he's amassed more fortunes in his first few months in office than any of his previous business ventures....."

"......he's totally out of control; no one is stopping his path of destruction as they are too afraid of what he might do to them......"

When asked if he has Republican friends in DC who are not enamored nor enthused with his current agenda and overall arrogant attiude, Mr. Booker replied:

",,,,,,without a doubt; but, here again, they are far too afraid of Trump's wrath to take a stand against him......"

I'll tell you this:

If Mr. Booker ever ran for President, I'd vote for him in a second; we certainly could use him now, "running the show".

Mr. Booker has GUTS, HONESTY, and DIGNITY, none of which can ever be attributed to Trump.............

 

Unfortunately all it takes is one word that begins with the letter n to discredit this fine sensible man with the ignorant, hateful magat cult.

One of the many things I've long respected Mr. Booker for is his strong stance on fighting for the "everyman", regardless of race, color, or religion.

He's one of the few "honest joes" guys in the business, and I truly admire him for NOT caving in to Trump's bullying arrogance.

His overall personality and strong views tell us that he is NOT a man to give up the fight, nor kneel down and lick the shoes of our "DICK-tator"-in-Chief..............
